DTF/Transfer Refund Policy
All Sales are final. We are not responsible for bad files, or pixelated images being printed. We simply print what type of file you give us. We will do our best to inspect images and reach out to you to correct issues if possible. Please follow the requirements we ask to get the best image results.
We will however reprint items for you that are defective. Specifically from "banding issues". All reprint requests will have to be evaluated by management for approval.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
